All valid orders will be processed for careful warehouse sorting, rigorous quality inspection and exclusive decor-specific packaging within one to three business days upon successful payment confirmation. Warehouse processing, packaging and dispatching work will be suspended during weekends and official public holidays due to routine equipment maintenance and staff rest arrangements. As mostly handmade and finely crafted decorative products made of resin, ceramic, acrylic and synthetic materials, ornaments are extremely vulnerable to surface scratches, corner chipping, body cracking, paint peeling and structural fracture during long-distance logistics stacking, jolting and manual handling. To completely avoid transit damage and preserve product ornamental integrity, we implement strict industrial-grade protective packaging solutions for every decorative ornament. Each product is individually inspected for surface smoothness, structural firmness and color uniformity before packaging. Independent soft bubble cotton wrapping covers every ornament comprehensively to achieve full shock absorption and friction resistance. Sharp corners, raised edges and fragile protruding parts are reinforced with thickened anti-collision protective sleeves to prevent chipping and cracking. All small removable decorative accessories are separately sealed and packaged to avoid loss, collision damage and surface abrasion. Fully wrapped products are placed in thickened waterproof, dust-proof and drop-resistant hard cartons, with all internal gaps filled with high-density shockproof fillers to eliminate vibration impact. The fully reinforced sealed packaging structure effectively resists external extrusion pressure and accidental drop impact, maximizing product intact rate during long-distance transportation. After completing quality verification, appearance inspection and standardized sealed packaging, the system automatically generates a unique tracking number and shipping confirmation notification, enabling customers to check real-time logistics status and delivery progress online at any time. Standard domestic shipping takes four to seven business days for door-to-door delivery, while international shipping requires ten to eighteen business days due to cross-border customs clearance, international logistics scheduling and local terminal distribution procedures. All delivery durations are estimated reference values, with potential delays caused by extreme weather, strict customs inspections, logistics peak congestion and carrier operational backlogs. Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on package weight, volume and delivery region, with eligible orders enjoying periodic free shipping promotions.
