All original factory packaging and supporting accessories must be fully intact, including outer cartons, shockproof bubble cotton, anti-collision protective sleeves, safety seals, product tags, labels and matching decorative parts. Custom personalized painted ornaments, custom-sized decorative pieces and final sale clearance items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to customized attributes and special promotional sales regulations. As fragile artistic decorative products with strict surface integrity and secondary sales standards, any ornaments that have been placed indoors, stained, artificially damaged, privately modified, improperly cleaned or dropped are ineligible for return and exchange. Products with surface scratches, corner chipping, body cracks, paint peeling, dust contamination and obvious usage traces will be rejected for return applications to uphold unified artistic quality, aesthetic standards and fair shopping experiences for all customers. To initiate a return or exchange request, users must submit an application via the official website portal with a valid order number and detailed problem description. After professional team review and approval, customers will receive an official return authorization number and standardized return shipping guidelines. Customers bear full responsibility for all return shipping fees and transit risks unless products have manufacturing defects, confirmed transit damage, warehouse shipping errors or missing factory accessories attributable to our team.
